SUSPECT WANTED IN FATAL SHOOTING

Look familiar? Investigators say he shot a 20-year-old in Newark last September.

The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office is asking for help from the public in locating a suspect wanted in connection with the murder of Johnny L. Bivins. Mr. Bivins, 20, of Newark was fatally shot Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011 while attempting to purchase food at a chicken restaurant located at 466 18th Avenue Newark.
