Judge sentences ‘despicable’ woman to 7 years prison for fatal DWI crash

A Union Township woman will serve seven years in state prison for causing the death of 22-year-old Steven Wall in October of 2010 by drunkenly crashing her vehicle into his, according to NJ.com.

Judge Robert B. Reed sentenced Marroccelli to seven years in state prison and the loss of her driving privileges for five years after her release.

Reed called Marroccelli a liar whose “cruel and wicked scheme to avoid the consequences of her conduct” made her “disingenuous and despicable.”
