NEWTON – Federal authorities say a 56-year-old man who recently worked as a volunteer EMT in Sussex County used the internet to discuss detailed fantasies of raping and cannibalizing children, according to The Star-Ledger of Newark.
A complaint filedagainst Robert Mucha, of Newton, charges him with luring a teenage boy to Pennsylvania for sex, as well as receiving and possessing child pornography on his home computer, according to the newspaper.
The eight-page complaint against Mucha also says that “gruesome” Yahoo! chat logs between Mucha and a man in Kansas “provide a window into the men’s fetishes and sexual fantasies.”
According to The Star-Ledger:
The complaint, which is signed by an agent from the Department of Homeland Security, also says Mucha admitted that, while in his 30s, he taught band class and Drum & Bugle Corps to teenagers in Bellville and Lakewood. Mucha also admitted, according to the complaint, that during his life he has touched and/or rubbed boys in a sexual way at least 100 times, before later masturbating to his actions.
On the charge of luring a 15-year-old boy to a house he owns in Stroudsburg, Pa., authorities said, Mucha faces a mandatory minimum punishment of 10 years in prison, if convicted, and a maximum of life of prison. According to the complaint, Mucha admitted to sexually touching the 15-year-old, but the teenager resisted multiple times and left the house.
